Hygiene & Safety Products (Special Policy)

Face Masks & PPE

Can only be returned if original packaging is sealed and unopened. Once packaging is opened, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Medical Devices

Prescription items and medical devices cannot be returned once opened. Non-prescription items may be returned if sealed.

Beauty & Cosmetics

Can be returned within 30 days if seal is intact and product is unused. Testers are available in stores to try before you buy.

How long do I have to return an item? +

What condition do items need to be in for a return? +

Items must be in their original condition - unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels attached. They must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. For electronics, all cables, manuals, and software must be included. Clothing should not show any signs of wear, alteration, or perfume/cologne smells.

Do you offer free return shipping? +

Yes! We offer FREE return shipping for all domestic returns within the United States. We provide a prepaid return label that you can print at home or use as a QR code at carrier locations. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items or our errors.

How long does it take to get my refund? +
